The company was established as a mutual not-for-profit corporation to manage the culinary water for the Blackridge Ranches, Kolob Ranches, and Kolob Ranch Estates developments. It is charged with the operation and maintenance of the system including wells, pumps, reduction valves, pressure pumps, storage tanks, and 23 miles of pipe lines. We continually strive to provide a safe and sustainable water supply for current and future generations.
