What are the office hours of operation?

Our office is open Monday – Thursday 9am to 2pm excluding major holidays and occasional personal leave or other water company business that requires our secretary to be offsite.

  • If you prefer not to pay annually, monthly, or quarterly payments plans may be arranged by contacting the office. An additional administrative fee of $4.00/month or $12.00/quarter will be assessed.
  • If you exceed your yearly allotment of one-acre foot of water, 325,851 gallons, you will be charged an additional fee of $3.00 per thousand gallons for the first 100,000 gallons and $5.00 dollars per thousand gallons thereafter. Mountain Springs Water Company (MSWC) policy for late payments of more than 60 days is an additional $5.00 or1.5% which ever is more, per month.

If we have a current email on file we will send your invoice to this email. From this invoice there is a “Review and Pay” option.

How do I pay my bill?

You can pay your bill by either dropping off the payment to the Drop Box at the office located to the left side of the front door at 1717 S Badger Way New Harmony Utah 84757, by mailing a check to Mountain Springs Water Company to the same address or by using the “Review and Pay” option from your emailed invoice.

How to update your information?

  1. Once you are logged in, you can place your mouse on the Logout link on the menu bar.
  2. An additional menu item will appear below, “Profile”. Select it.
  3. You will be directed to a page allowing you to update your personal information.
  4. To return to the main site, select “Mountain Springs Water Company” in the upper left of the page.

How to vote?

The Voting option is only available when the ballot is set prior to the annual shareholder’s meeting.

To vote, you are first required to register. Once registered and approved, you will receive an email with a link allowing you to set your password. If you have already registered, but have not set your password, click the “Log In or Register” link in the menu. Then, select “Reset password?”. You will then be prompted for your username or email address. Upon submission, you will be sent an email with a link to update your password.

The voting menu option will only appear once you are logged in.
