Upcoming Water Meter Replacement

Beginning in late January, Mountain Springs Water Company will start replacing water meters on all metered lots in our community as part of a system-wide upgrade.
The new meters can be read remotely from the road and will allow us to post monthly water usage on our website. This will give property owners better visibility into their water utilization, especially for those approaching their allowed usage limits.

What to Expect:

  • Each meter replacement will require a brief water outage, estimated at approximately 30 minutes.
  • You will be notified in advance before work is performed at your property.
  • Our goal is to complete all meter installations by the end of May.
  • The new online system for viewing monthly water usage is expected to be available by July 1st, or sooner.
